‘KNOW YOUR POWER’ workshop

SAULT STE. MARIE, ONTARIOR - April 5, 2018 (LSN) – Businesses are invited to join the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce for a ‘KNOW YOUR POWER’ event on April 12th, 2018 to learn about practical energy cost-saving programs that are available for businesses in Ontario.
The Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) has partnered with the Ministry of Energy to lead an education campaign to improve awareness of energy conservation and cost saving programs available in Ontario. The Know Your Power initiative is a one-stop shop for information on energy-saving programs and opportunities for businesses to improve energy efficiency and identify measures to help reduce electricity bills.
This workshop is FREE for both members of the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce and local businesses.
Know Your Power can guide you to the energy saving programs that are right for your business, including:
- Small Business Lighting - Take advantage of up to $2,000 to improve your lighting costs!
- Business Refrigeration Incentives - Up to $2,500 in incentives available! Free assessment and benchmarking of your facility to recommend and implement upgrades and energy-efficiency measures for your refrigeration equipment.
- Retrofits - Upgrade your equipment and save on energy costs! Replace inefficient equipment and upgrade to energy efficient equipment. This multi-faceted program can help you reduce operational costs, reduce energy use, modernize equipment, and improve workplace safety and work environment.
- Multi-Site Customers - Businesses with multiple locations across Ontario can participate in multi-site customer application process for Save On Energy programs. Save time by completing only one application and receive dedicated support throughout the process.
