GRAND MARAIS, MINNESOTA  - May 29, 2019   (LSN)   Time to think about getting on the water to escape to a classic paddling destination like Gunflint Lake in Grand Marais, Minn. for 43rd annual Gunflint Trail Canoe Races.  Gunflint Lodge welcomes visitors to wet their paddles at the 43^rd annual Gunflint Trail Canoe Races on the evening of Wednesday, July 17 on the south shore of Gunflint Lake.

GRAND MARAIS, MINNESOTA    -  May 17, 2019   (LSN)   WTIP Community Radio announces the lineup for the Radio Waves Music Festival, Friday, Sept. 6- Sunday, Sept. 8 at Sweetheart’s Bluff in the Grand Marais Recreation Area. This marks the 12th year of this family-friendly festival, which features a diverse mix of local and regional artists. The event features three days of live music under the big sky and big stars of the North Shore, just a stone’s throw from Lake Superior.
