Undoubtedly, this legal change will affect your workplace. What are your duties as an employer or supervisor? What if someone has authorization for medical cannabis? How do you keep your workers safe? Come join us on March 5th for an informative discussion on Cannabis and the implications its legalization may have in your workplace.
As a registered nurse, Louise Caicco Tett is qualified to understand and explain the health effects of cannabis. She has a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and holds her Canadian Registered Safety Professional Designation. Louise also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management from Tulane University's Department of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. In her 20 years as a small business owner, Louise has provided consulting and training services to various sectors, including Health Care, Industrial, and Construction. Louise recognizes that being a business owner is hard work and is pleased to assist other business owners in understanding some of their legal OHS obligations.
