THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO - January 30, 2019 (LSN) Over $180,000 cash seized eight people arrested by TBP for Cocaine, Fentanyl and oxycodone Trafficking Two face charges of obstructing police.
Toronto gangster with a history of Manslaughter and violence was wanted on warrants by TBPS since last June. The Director of Communication at TBPS never put him on Wanted Wednesday
Federal Crown Ron Poirier opposed to the release of all subjects. He is prepared to fight this scourge on our city.
Appearing this morning Wednesday January 30,2019 via video from the Thunder Bay Police Station in Courtroom 104 are 8 people.
His Worship, Justice of the Peace Bernard Caron is presiding. Federal Crown Ron Poirier, Provincial Crown Emily Delaney are here along with Duty Counsel Lianne Roberge.

Some face additional charges. Read below.
First up is 44 year old SANDRA BORG. She’s originally from Nipigon. Wearing a skimpy top with spaghetti straps. Not dressed for January.
Her next appearance is Friday February 1,2019 by video from the Correctional Center
Second up is 29 year old DORIS SLIPPERJACK. She is very slim wearing dark, skimpy clothing. Definitely not dressed for the weather. She contacted lawyer Kate Brindley for representation. She’s heading to the Correctional Center and will make a video appearance on Friday February 1,2019.
Third up is 27 year old RENEE GREAVES of Thunder Bay. She has long dark hair and a larger than average forehead. Sources indicate she has a young child. She’s no stranger to drugs and the criminal justice system. She is also facing an additional charge of breach of probation. She will use her usual lawyer Michael Hargadon. Next court appearance is Friday February 1, 2019 by video. She is going to Correctional Center too.
Fourth up is 39 year old MARLON MARAGH of Scarborough. He’s a black man wearing a dark shirt. He has a lengthy criminal record of violence and drugs. He’s also facing an additional charge of obstructing police by trying to flush drugs down the toilet.
MARAGH is not interested in Bail. He appears to show interest in pleading guilty as soon as possible. He wants to know the Crown’s case against him and has lawyer George Joseph representing him. Federal Crown Poirier states that it could take weeks to get edited ITO’s, certificates of analysis on drugs and the cell phone downloads. MARAGH will make a video appearance on February 22,2019 to possibly set date to plead guilty.
Fifth up is 23 year old FRANCIS LENWORTH of Scarborough. He is a tall, slim black man wearing a white T-shirt. He wants lawyer David Bruzzese. LENWORTH is headed to Thunder Bay Jail. He will make video court appearance from there on Friday February 1,2019
Sixth up is 47 year old BERNARD JAMES GOLIBOSKI of Thunder Bay. He’s a white guy wearing a dark sweater and has an extreme receding hairline. He needs Legal Aid and will head to the Thunder Bay Jail. He makes a video court appearance on Friday February 1,2019.
Seventh up is 34 year old JUVON BRYCE of Sudbury, Ontario. He’s a large black man wearing a dark gray hoodie. He tells the court he had no cocaine on him. His next court appearance is Friday February 1,2019 by video.
And last, but not least is CONVICTED KILLER 41 year old MICHAEL MILLER of Scarborough. MILLER is also facing extra charges. It is alleged he tried obstructing police by trying to flush drugs down a toilet. His next court appearance is Monday February 4,2019 from Thunder Bay Jail. It’s also alleged that on June 14,2018 that MILLER failed to pull over for police and resisted police by fleeing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

MILLER REMAINED ON THE LOOSE ALL THESE MONTHS TO CONTINUE DEALING DRUGS WITHOUT THE PUBLIC KNOWING HE WAS WANTED.
