More GTA Street Gang Members Arrested
OPP, NAN and Thunder Bay Police Drug Arrests

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO December 17, 2018 (LSN) On Wednesday Dec. 12 the Thunder Bay Police Service Intelligence Section in conjunction with the Ontario Provincial Police, the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service and the Anishinabek Police Service executed a warrant on the 400 block of Waverly Street.
As a result two males from the GTA were arrested both of whom are members of a street gang. Seized was a large amount of what is suspected to be cocaine and Fentanyl. The approximate street value of the drugs seized is $104,000. In addition police also seized approximately $53,000 in Canadian currency.

Arrested and charged were Emmanuel Kuffour, 28 and Randy Owusu, 28 both of Toronto Ontario. They are charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking X 3
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000
Owusu is also charged with Possession of False Identification as well as Impersonation.
Both have been remanded into custody with a future court date.
